Please note that the frosted acrylic is a very popular choice but to see the beauty of the engraving it really needs to be offset against a darker back ground.

PACKAGES WITH DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Please notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery acceptance to file a claim. Please check your package contents immediately upon receiving. If you find something is not right, contact us right away, providing your name, order number, a detailed description of the damage with a photograph.

If you notice something needs to be changed on your order, example: address, colour choice, etc. Please contact us immediately. We will always do our best to accommodate the change for you if your order has not been put into processing.
