Shipping policy

UK ORDERS

All orders will be personalised and dispatched to you within 1-2 weeks, if requested orders may be able to be rushed through.  All our orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.  We will provide you with tracking and delivery updates by email and/or text message. 

Please note, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man may take longer to deliver and are a different delivery cost, this will be calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We can offer shipping internationally upon request, please contact hawkswelldesigns@outlook.com and we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Orders are not processed Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays.

Once an order is placed it is unlikely that we will be able to make any changes, but please email us at hawkswelldesigns@outlook.com as soon as you can and if the order hasn’t been processed we will do our best to change it for you.

If for any reason we have contacted you about your order and we have not received a response from you within 5 working days, we will treat your order as cancelled.
